Pre-Session checklist

What to Avoid Before Your Session

To help you feel calm, present, and receptive during your session, please take a moment to review these gentle guidelines:

❌ Alcohol or recreational drugs (within 24 hours)

❌ Excessive caffeine (especially within 3–4 hours)

❌ Heavy meals or fasting

❌ Sleep deprivation

❌ Rushing or arriving stressed

❌ Strong fragrances or restrictive clothing

What to Do Instead

✔️ Get a good night’s sleep

✔️ Wear comfortable clothing

✔️ Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in

✔️ Hydrate lightly (water is ideal)

✔️ Eat a light meal beforehand

✔️ Bring any questions or intentions you’d like to explore
